In your time at USES, what has been your greatest personal achievement?

Getting a job and the process of pursuing my GED.  It makes me feel good that even though I didn’t have my GED, they hired me.  And it makes me feel even better to know I can go through USES to get my GED.  It’s the most-focused personal achievement that I’m working on.

On a day-to-day basis, who or what inspires you?

I inspire myself knowing I have no family in Boston.  I would say me.

What is USES to you?

My world.  I’ve developed more than just working-friendships.  I spend a lot of time with co-workers outside of work.  My biggest motivator would be Karen Beckett because since she’s known me she’s been nothing but help.  She gives me guidance; she keeps me on the right path.  She’s like a mother-figure to me.
